Best way to gain muscle weight, strength and tone for females?

I need to gain strength and weight.

I am female and in late 20's, very slim and want to pass a fitness test that requires strength and stamina.



Also tips on what to eat, when and how much for quickest weight gain whilst exercising?

eat pasta 3.4 times aweak this will put on weight very quickly.also.drink ensure plus drinks.for extra engery plus zinc tablets.swimming ten 20 lenghs aday will tone your body.also the speedball will tone you and give your muscles more cut plus builds up your stamina and power strengh;.also light weights and the punchbag very good for pumping your shoulders cest and arms muscles .hope it helps.

Reply:if you want to increase stamina you should purely go for running with weights on. it will give you tones of stamina and strength. use weight of around 10pounds. at the same time you should eat lot of carbohydrates, dates, butter, apples, bananas, sea food, honey, eating all this will cretainly increase your weight.

You should eat your breakfast at least 2 hours before you workout in the morning.
