I am trying to loose weight but it's hard. I have no stamina so i can't work out very long and I keep trying to cut my portions down but I love to eat too much! HELP! I need help getting properly motivated.
How do i loose weight easily?
SUBWAY it works! 2 subway sandwiches a day + run to ur nearest store and back everytime u need to eat
Reply:I'm just starting to work out too and I get tired very easily too because I'm out of shape like yourself and that's most likely why you have no stamina because you aren't use to exercising. You just can't give up each time you get tired you keep on going that's the only way you are going to lose weight. Start off slow rather it be jogging, aerobics, weight lifting then gradually work your way up. Like try jogging a block one week or two even three until your body gets use to exercise and then pick it up a notch and keep adding.
Listen to music while you are exercising if it helps motivate you to keep on going and just think about how much better you are going to feel and look once those pounds fall off! If you love to eat just eat the right things. Like fruits, fish, veggies, instead junk. You don't have to stop eating you just have to pick the right things to eat.

Reply:You have no stamina because your aren't losing weight, so this is what you are going to do, you are going to promise yourself that you will walk, go on a stepper, use the eliptical, etc., whatever you want to do, for 1 hr every day, but you will do it at a pace that doesn't feel like a struggle to you. You are going to do this to get into the habit of exercise. Once you are in the habit (habits take about 3 wks to get into), then you are going to increase your speed slightly, you are going to push yourself a bit. Maybe a fast pace every 10 minutes, for 1 minute, then as you get better, a fast pace every 5 minutes. Whatever it takes to increase your activity level. No problem, you can do this, right? Just make this promise to yourself...
As for diet, you are going to choose to eat only healthy meals. That way, you don't have to worry about restriction. Do this for three weeks until you get into the habit of eating healthy meals. Grilled chicken instead of fried. Stop eating fast food, start cooking foods at home. Know what I do? I cook a pound of ground turkey, just to freeze it afterwards. Then when I'm starving and busy, I know all I have to do is add spagetti sauce to it and I've got a healthy spagetti. Try it! Chop veggies and freeze them, to add to sauces. Anyway, you can do it!
Reply:I agree with staying off the scale. Join a forum about weightloss so you can talk with others in the same situation or get a buddy you can talk to sometimes about what you are going through. Reply:I'm going through the same thing. And so far cutting my portions of food down is helping a little bit, but you have to work out too. Have you heard of the Billy Blanks Boot Camp? It is about 30 mins of intense work outs, and they will kick your butt, but only for 30 mins!
