Reply:Keep your routine and add a couple of miles of jogging while sprinting in alternating bursts. This should improve stamina. "Suicides" are also helpful. Find two light poles or something about 30 yards apart and just run back and forth. It's the most insane workout.
Reply:Rock climbing takes the strength of your whole body like your arms, abs, and legs. You need to work all of these areas in order to improve your ability to rock climb.

Weights for all sections are a must. There are many different types of equipment that can work any of these sections out. Just try them all. Try alternating different weights. Don't do the same workout everyday.

Running might also help your stamina. A different way to think about running instead of just a constant run is run a lap then jog a lap then run a lap etc. Alternate these two until you've built up some stamina.

Also, eating a good balanced diet can also help you. Good luck, hope it works out!
Reply:campusing bro, it for power, travers for balanced, adn Down climb for endurance.....
Reply:The best exercise for climbing endurance is to climb or to do traverses - climbing sideways near the ground back and forth. But if you cannot get to the indoor climbing gym, the next best thing is "dead hangs" - using a training board choose a hold and hang on it until you cannot hold on any longer and drop to the ground. A training board is this:

Good Luck
Reply:Keep up what you are doing, but also take a few classes to improve your technique. You can also do some of these workouts on the wall that will greatly improve your climbing...

1) 4X4's: You choose four easier climbs for yourself, and do them four times. So lets say if you can cleanly climb a 5.10 on our first time, I would say do four 5.7, then four 5.8, then four 5.9, and then four 5.10. In order for this to be valuable, you need to do the four 5.7's, for example, in a row, then take a break for 5 or ten minutes, then do the four 5.8's, then break, and so on and so forth. Also, if you fall on one of the climbs, no matter where you are, come down and that counts as one.

2) Pyramids: These are a little like the four by fours, but a little different. Let's say you can cleanly climb a 5.10. you would do four 5.7, three 5.8, two 5.9, and 5.10, and two 5.9's. You do this exercise with a partner, and switch off climbs, so you do only one of the 5.7's, the other one does it, then you do your next 5.7, and continue until you both have done four.

I think the best way to improve your climbing is to climb. Good Luck!!
