What exercise should I do to lose weight?

Okay, so i'm not exactly what you will call fat but i seriously need to lose weight. So what kind of exercises would you recommend to achieve flat tummies and work up your stamina? I have really bad stamina.

not only exercise but u have to take care of ur diet too.



try the tips below.



1) Cook your food without any food oil try to use boiled/steamed vegetables, meat, and lot of salad. U can eat fruits too and boiled/steamed chicken or red meat too but no pork.

2) Potato is strictly forbidden during this diet

3) Don’t eat any type of junk food.

4) Drink at least 3 ltr of water daily. Make ur habit to drink water as much as u can

6) use brown bread

7) use skimmed and low fat milk and yogurt

8) no sugar of any type.

9) First try to avoid any type of soft drink but if u really wants to taste some thing sweet then drink diet pepsi if u like, but just one glass once in a week.

10)U can eat vegetable soap too as much as u can but no corn flour in it.

11) if u feel hungry then divide ur diet into 5-6 healthy meals a day (1 plate size only)

12) one bowl of oatmeal can be taken as a break fast

13) At least take this diet for 3 to 6 months and when u feel that u have achieved your desired weight then make ur eating life style as told above but occasionally u can take other junk food too.



The best indoor exercise machine is tread mill. Run on tread mill for at least 30 mntns daily. and try to extend ur period for one hour.

Reply:It really depends on what type of exercise you can handle. The treadmill has the highest upside of calorie burn of all exercise machines. If you are a beginner, try walking briskly on a treadmill for 30-45 minutes. If you can run, try jogging for the same time interval.



Most importantly, try to find an exercise you can enjoy doing..other options are outdoor biking, rowing, stair-stepping, stationary bike, etc.
Reply:go for a walk and walk slow. each week...go a little faster..and try to finish..a few seconds or minutes sooner than your previous walk..endurance is good...the longer u do it..the easier it will get to do things you might have had trouble with before. flat tummies...for all round flat tummy...do sit ups..there are 4 different kinds...one..up and down...crunches i would say is better term...straight up and down..do 20 of those..then put your left foot on your right knee and put your right arm behind your head and do a crunch and aim the point of ur elbow (cross motion) to your left knee..and the opposite cross motion action for the left side..these will work your side abdominal muscles..for your lower abdomen...put both hands under each buttock lying down and pretend your on a bike..do a cycling motion with your legs and feet stretched out but do this no more than a foot off the ground. as it gets easier..do 10 more of each one..it should help...i find walking is the best exercise...that and kick boxing cardio...walking gives u a nice shapped butt too...good luck

Reply:cardio, cardio, cardio... riding a bike, jogging, treadmills, elipticals... that builds up your stamina.



try pilates for overall toning, and focus on the abs.
