Either be a goalkeeper or a spectator up in the stands.
Reply:Goalie first, defender second
Reply:its really hard to play like that, but i think goalie would be the best
Reply:None of the above but water boy might do it.
Reply:hehe all positions involve running in soccer middies run the most of anyone on the field then comes defenders/forwards that all depends on how good your team is if your always on offense b/c your team is really good then it will be the forwards that run more than the defenders but if its the other way around then the defenders will be flat out goalie run the least but u have to be super athletic to be a good goalie because thew dive slide and probably take the most abuse on the field... i would say play defense and as long as there is good pressure cover you wont have to run all that much. also it will get you in shape and your cardiovascular stamina will improve as u play.

good luck w/everything
Reply:side refree.
Reply:i think you'd most likely have to be a goalie.. since they generally only move when the ball gets closer.. however, seeing as how you'd be on the edge the whole game, as you anticipate the ball coming closer.. it might cause your heart to palpitate more.. i think playing defense is the best, your in the action, and you're not anticipating the ball as much, since the the goalie is the very last line of defense
Reply:Left Back in the changing rooms
Reply:no. don't play. even goalies require stamina. i suggest you up your CV system which generally isnt too difficult with determination.
Reply:Obviously he/she may play as a goalkeeper(you don't run like the other 10 players). But if you play at a team with a bad defence, you'll have to work a lot in the goal, too.
