What's the Best way to work out your abs?
varry your ab routines to keep your muscles guessing. Also do leg ups in any type of fashing ( i.e. laying on the ground, hanging in air with legs free). Another thing that targets the lower ab area is sprinting.
Reply:It's the one common thing everyone would probably agree on wanting, yet they'd all disagree on how to say it. For example, some people may want washboard abs, others may prefer a flat stomach. You might want to get six pack abs, but your friend might want ripped abs. Person X would love to have chiseled abdominals, yet Person Y would rather have a slim sexy core. No matter which way you say it (and for the record, I find 99.9% of these ways absolutely hilarious) they all mean the same thing.
The big problem here is that a lot of people don't seem to actually understand what that is and, even more so, how exactly to get it. So... let's change that.

Reply:lay flat on the floor and lift your legs up in the air so that your bbody makes a right angle keeping your back on the floor
Reply:Well, I am 13, but what I've found out as the best way to work out my abs is to do these things called "concaves" every day. What you do is you lay flat on your back, lift your head slightly up so that you are looking at you feet, lift your legs up about 6-8 inches while keeping your knees locked, and start out doing about 20-30 deep breaths while in this position. I started doing this and within two weeks I had a pretty good 6-pack. But I am thirteen, so the results may be different. Good luck!
