Will running 3 miles a day help me legs strengthen?
it will build stamina, and it will slowly build leg muscle, if u want to build leg muscle u should sit up against a wall and see how long u can hold it
Reply:What part of you gets tired? If it's your lungs, then work on lung capacity. That can be strengthened by anything almost. From swimming to play instruments and singing. If your legs get fatigued, then focus on leg exercises. When in doubt, swim. Swimming isn't as hard on the body but definitely one of the best workouts a person can do.
Reply:Yes it will help by building slow twitch muscle fibers which are essential concerning stamina. As far as making you're legs "strong" maybe not so much you still won't be able to squat a ton of weight. You have to concentrate more on fast twitch fibers and explosiveness for that
