Read the link below. It's for sparring techniques. You can't get a stronger chin but you can get a stronger neck and work on deflecting shots with your head by turning it when you get hit. You can also train yourself how not to get hit by blind counters and hook shots - those really knock you out since they spin your head %26amp; brain.

Reply:Join a Boxing Club/Gym and get a trainer if you want to do it well. As far as the chin, you could strengthen your neck muscles to help prevent brain shake when you take a big shot. The more your head flops around, the more damage you're taking. Gerry Cooney seemed obsessed with increasing his chin, but he did weird exercises on strengthening his jaw rather than neck. Didn't help him any, as Larry Holmes dropped him early and hurt him often. But your best source is going to be an actual trainer, I don't give most folks on this board much credibility when it comes to boxing.
Reply:jump alot of rope.. get the big fat weighted ropes.. not your little sisters.
Reply:Advice? Never lead with your chin! LOL!

Find a club near your hometown. Pugilism is a popular sport among the enthusiasts. A good trainer can tip you to the best ways to condition. Go to the Library in your town. They've got books on the subject. Study and exercise. Spar and practice. Learn, and look into yourself as to your motivation. Do you want to be a fighter for money, fame, titles? Or do you just like to punch other people? It sounds like I'm putting you down, I am not. Read it all again, it is real advice any boxer would tell you. Most of all, if it's a dream of yours, go for it and find all the right reasons why!
Reply:Don't just think that you have to throw your punches as hard as you can. But study your opponent very carefully, to find out their weakest points and attack there first.

Reply:Shadowbox using handweights, do at least a 3 minute plank every other day, if you're tall keep shorter people more at arm's length, if you're short then get in close.

To build arm strength put a medicine ball in one arm and keep the hand of that arm at your face while practicing punches with the other arm.

Jump rope.

Don't just do normal push ups. Do 1/3 normal, 1/3 with your arms wide, and 1/3 diamond.

Do yoga. It sounds weird but it helps.

Listen to good music. Some songs help motivate you if you're tired. Lose Yourself by Eminem is awesome.

Hope this helps
Reply:Aware for fighting for those who are famous winners and those who always wins.
Reply:dont try to learn everything at once ,start with straight punches and keeping your hands up and chin down.watch the more experienced fighters in your gym and learn from watching them .dont get discouraged, to be good it will be harder than you think.getting in great shape is the most important thing to start with.
