. Can anybody give me tips on how to increase endurance, conditioning, stamina and all that stuff?

In basketball games I can run up and down the court and be out of breath. I excersise my butt off too.

Reply:First of all I don't know your age, practice breathing while you workout,run, etc. Most folks seem to breath all wrong....in the nose....out the mouth....in the nose out the mouth. Don't pig out, don't smoke, and GET SOME SLEEP.

Reply:i suggest you start working out everyday and eating healthy food
Reply:do a lot of aerobic activity, running, swimming, biking, when lifting weights lower weight w/ more reps is more for endurance and more weight w/ lower reps is more for strength/mass
Reply:relax focus that your goung to be the best and that u need to over come ur tierdness it gets u pumped mentally after that it will get u pumped physically
