Anyone know of any supplements that i can take as a college bball player?

ok, so we practice and have games 6 days a week so its not a bad workout, but also i get in the weight room 3 times a week during the season just to maintain. wut products can you suggest that will make me a drop a few pounds, but increase my stamina and more muscle build than fat. Thanks. any high rate workouts too if you know any/
