How to train for a marathon?

I run at least once a week, and usually for 30 minutes.



I have recently started building up the minutes and can now run for 45 minutes. I cover just over 6 Kilometers.



Is there a specific way of building up your endurance/stamina in the most effective way possible?

How to train for a marathon?
Try running further and further every single time. I think you should also increase the amount of days you run like first once a week thentwice and so on
Reply:You have to run at least 4 to 5 times per week for at least 12 miles total.
