How much work out do I need to?

keep my speed, flexibility, and stamina? I've been working out and train for my Muay Thai fight twice a day. People are already asking me how do I get bigger so fast.



I've already went from 130 to 134 lbs in a week. I have no idea how much more I'll gain. However I'm kinda afaird I'll lose my stamina, flexibility, and speed. I already do 15 mins run on hill a day, swim15 laps as fast as I could (very hard on me since I'm not a experienced swimmer), rope jumping 2 time a day 10 mins each session, and two roughly 10 to 30 mins of intense pads working.



Is there any way to test my stamina to see if it's not as good as before or not? Also how do I know if I'm doing enough work out to stay at the level I use to be?

not that much chill relax for a while u work tooo hard
Reply:As your muscles build there is a chance that you may lose a bit of flexibilty but u will not lose any stamina
Reply:As far as stamina goes, try sparring, this is where you'll find out if the workout has paid off. Of course you need to practice that a great deal, as doing drills is not compared to trading blows. You can also test your stamina by just running, and measure how you perform. Seems you are working out alot, keep in mind that the muscles get more dense as they get stronger, and you will get heavier withouth getting bulkier. If you start doing strenght training such as weightlifting, you will get bigger and lose some flexibility.
