If I have built my stamina and my workouts don't feel as hard, am i still getting a worthwhile workout?

In other words, say a 30 minute workout (aerobics mostly) used to make me sweat and breathe hard. Then I could do 60 minutes and it would make me sweat too. But now I have built my stamina enough that 30 minutes doesn't feel as "hard" as it used to, it doesn't make me sweat as much.

Is the workout still as worthwhile as it was when I was less in shape? has anyone read otherwise?

I would say that it may depend on your heart rate. You may want to incorporate some high-er impact steps, weights, and or bands.
Reply:u have a higher endurance--ur just used 2 it--it happens 2 me--no u dont work out less
Reply:You will definitely become more accustomed to your workout, and it will get easier with time. It is still good for you, but make sure you change things up every once in a while. If your body gets used to the same thing, your body won't really change. So if you are doing the same kind of aerobics, maybe throw in some weight training, or a different type of aerobics. Good luck!
Reply:It's still worthwhile, because it will maintain your stamina
