Stamina and endurance training for pro wrestlers?

i might go to pro wrestling school. i need to work on endurance and stamina. they are ok but it way better. is jump rope or plytrotics ok for this. please help.

I WOULD GET A HEAVY BAG AND JUST PUNCH THAT FOR AS LONG AS U POSSIBLY CAN ALSO TREADMILL AND LIFT WEIGHTS.





ALSO TONITE IS OLD SCHOOL NITE IN WRESTLING SECTION.
Reply:i too am going into pro-wrestling...it takes both end of exercise...you need to be strong to perform those moves in the ring, so that means a lot of weights, but you also need to do a lot of cardio becasue otherwise you won't be able to run around the ring for a 20 or 30 minute match. i am joining a wrestling school..get there in decent shape and they will guide you the rest of the way. good luck, maybe one day we will be tag team partners...lol...you never know!
Reply:anything with cardio is good for stamina and endurance...also the late great eddie guerrero and benoit before every match would always do 1000 squat thrusts.....this would help with both as well...but i would start with a 1000 maybe a 100 for a couple of weeks and then keep upping it till u get more use to it....
