I can only workout 45 mins about 3 times a week to maintain but combined with tough practices i get a good workout during the week. what kind of supplements should i take if im trying to lose some weight in order to gain stamina and speed and maintain the muscle i have. Also, any high rate workouts you can example with. Thanks.
I'm a college basketball player we have games and practives 6 days a week?
