i dont go to gym always. but i play soccer for my school team. still i would like too workout and improve my stamina. PLZ GIVE ME IDEAS !
What kind of workout and routine would u suggest for a 16 year old ?
do some light/moderate running, sit ups, push ups and stretching...not in that order of course
Reply:cardio and shaping. it will help you with your stamina and it also shapes your muscles.
