Intermediate painting question?

I paint wine glasses and have started experimenting with a new design. The simplest one it painting a flower on the globe, but when you look into the glass you see the pistol, stamen, etc. Does anyone know how to make the inside images less aparant under the outer coat? Thanks!

You can paint a silhouette of the image in a neutral colour of grey on the glass first. Then paint your image on top of that. Otherwise all you can do is accept the image in the interior of the glass.
Reply:Alas in glass it is what you have to work with. Just don't try to cover it up because that will look very bad.
