How to increase physical stamina?

frndz, i do not eat nonveg. by taking nonveg can I get more stamina? is there any way to increase stamina with Veg food only? I can not play outdoor games for long time when compared to others. am 27yrs, am affriad if this affects my post marriage life? pls advise me to get more stamina. Will be waiting for your answers.

How to increase physical stamina?
Ok the lack of stamina could be couse by the lack of protein. What I understan is you are a vegetarian. So, You can get more protein by conbinin rice and beans, letenl and corn. Also you can eat tofu. That is for you diet.



Now, that is part of the story. You might also be out shape even though you play outdoor games. Try to start doing some cardiovascular exercises like runnin and swiming, This way you will have more conditionin.



I think the best think is to see a doctor and aks him about your problem becuse still there is a lot of information that is missing like your weight, you health problems and so for.
Reply:well, id eat meat.. cause it has alot of protein and vegetables doesnt supply as much, so if u dont wanna eat meat eat like broccoli and work out and get in shape and run every day... im 14 and i never really get tired. if u just work a bit each day you'll be full of stamina. oh yea protein shakes.
Reply:eat more beans, legumes, and nuts, and if you do eggs, that as well as tofu. all these are high-protein vegetarian acceptable foods. check out some foodd blogs that are vegetarian--i recommend heidi swanson's 101 cookbooks.
