I am trying out for the soccer team and I need to keep in shape, I have good soccer skills but low endurance and stamina which is key in soccer. The Coach said I need good upper body strenght and I dont have any abs so could anyone help me with fitness plans like on average how many miles per day, pushups, situps and other exercize plans?
How can a 14 year old keep fit?
just play and be active. its as simple as playing shooting hoops or dribbling your soccerball or biking for 15-30 min a day
Reply:ya a 14 year can keep fit. My younger brother just turned 15 and has been working out for like 4 years. He's been fitting weights and doing sit ups. He plays baseball and basketball and they both of course involve running and speed. So m advice to you is to do a lot of running, lifting and some sit ups but dont over do it cuz u can really hurt yourself. Well good luck.
Reply:run 30 mins a day. do 50 push up in intervals of 10 and try pull ups till u can.
Reply:most importatntlty, eat healthy foods.... and do some running ( maybe one mile?), the longer the better.
start off at where u feel comfortable, and work your way up! =)
