I am in shape, I okay stamina(endurance), and I can rin fast.
when i ran they mile fives weeks ago my time was 12.30 mins
now it is 10.32 mins but I really want to get below they ten mins
can you help me?
How do I decrease my mile time by one minute?
Keep running! Do long distances and then short distances! That should help!
Reply:well theres several ways to go about this but the most efective way is to run half a miles as fast as you can tell you can get half of the time you want your mile to.

Reply:just keep running. You've dropped 2 minutes in 5 weeks just think in 5 more of training you could be 8 minutes. How bad do you want it?? ask yourself that question all the time it helps believe me
