Elizabeth Dole is the wife of former candidate Bob Dole %26amp; is a Senator from NC. I think you mean Elizabeth Edwards, wife of current candidate John Edwards. My guess is that her role will be very limited.

Reply:Uh, Elizabeth Dole is running - - - since when - - she did try in 2000 but was rejected in favor of Bush and subsequently became a Bush flunkie working in an administrative capacity, then in recent years she was elected to the Senate representing North Carolina. Actually a match up between Dole %26amp; Edwards would be a hoot.



Despite her age, Elizabteh Dole has strength %26amp; energy to compete but realizes that voters do not want her.
