I need it for football (soccer), i get tired quickly, I'm fairly fit, but do get tired easily.

Are there any techniques or ways tht I can increase my stamina, and fitness quickly?
You need to do a lot of cardio workouts. I play soccer too, and what I do is I run a half mile every other day and 5 miles on the weekend

Reply:run every day, running helps your stamina A LOT, or try swiming. swiming gives a full body workout.
