few diet tips though help to reduce weight,the charmness in face is lost.i want to reduce my weight by proper diet and exercise without loosing stamina and the charmness.
if yes,has this been followed by you or your friends and turned out to be succesful?what was the result?
How to loose weight in a healthy way by not taking medicines?
just follow the steps given below:
Step 1:
Set small, realistic goals. If you have a lot of weight to lose, try for 5 pounds, relax a bit and then go for 5 more.
Step 2:
Start a regular exercise program and stick with it. Don't be afraid of those sweat suits and Lycra pants!
Step 3:
Sneak in extra exercise in addition to your regular program. Park at the far end of the parking lot and walk; take the stairs instead of the elevator.
Step 4:

Step 9:
Once you discover your favorite snack time, be sure to have plenty of healthful options available.

Reply:hi dear this is deepika here.i am a phsiotherapist by profession n wud like u suggest for ur quest.early morning wen u get u after brushin immediately take boil water wit lemon n honey n after tht til 45 mins dont eat anything n alwys remember there is a sayin tht breakfast like a king,lunch like a queen n dinner lik a begger.n exercise regularly n stop chips n other oily n junk food,n start taking oat meal as it helps to reduce n have lots of boiled water every day n do walkin n other ex regularly.take care n do reply me on deeps.love@yahoo.co.in
Reply:Try to make yourself busy so that u could not think about eating. Ignore junk food. Exercise everyday for atleast 20mins. Use walking.
Reply:you have to exercise everyday, eat low fat meals and drink more water. My friends try it and after it , their weight decreases.
Reply:I would suggest heaps of cardio workouts.. make yourself sweat like crazy.. depending on your weight and height and age etc.. you should look up (or ask a professional) what heart rate you should be aiming for to get good weight lose results...
also, obviously, set yourself an eating diary, write down everything you've eaten throughout the day including drinks and keep watch of it - that will help you pay attention to how much junky foods you are eating.
Also try to drink 3 litres of water a day, slightly more depending on how much you are exercising, as that will help cleanse your system out.

Reply:If you want to loose your weight then just go for a walk daily,Daily spend your atleast one hour in doing yoga and keep an eye on ur diet that must n't be fully oily products and If possible for you than avoid Rice and potatoes for few months otherwise no need to take medicines and avoid to do dieting. nad one more thing daily drink atleast 4ltr water.It also helps you to reduce your chaloriesSo,take care n All the very best

Find a Yoga master/ guru , beside introducing you to asans ,he will be able to advice about healthy diet.
Reply:There is no medicine that will help you to loose weight. Don't be conned by people that just want to make money out of peoples vulnerability. The other advice I've seen so far is good. Here is my tip - enjoy your food. Plan meals in advance, don't have any pre-prepared food, buy fresh produce in small amounts, enjoy cooking, eat slowly, chew and enjoy every mouthfull, you do not have to finnish everything on your plate, learn to recognise when you are full and stop eating even if there is food left on your plate. If you snack then make sure that you have healthy snacks in the house your pallet will adjust to the taste. Excercise is good, walk to the shops, don't use supermarkets have a wander around the small shops. Above all take a positive attitude you ae not giving anything up, you are choosing to have better things.

Reply:This is what I do, and seems to work for me because I don't have any weight problems.
First of all I like Sports and......,
I excersise before breakfast (usually Jogging), like turning on the 'Engine' of my body I do think that it stimulates the 'Metabolisum', I don't 'deprive' myself from food, (creating possible unballancing 'Jo-Jo- effects') I basically eat whenever I feel like it, whatever I feel like eating.
Although I do usually keep an eye on eating 'healthy'.
For what excersising is concerned I usually go Jogging (not overdoing it, just at a nice pace that doesn't burn me out) also I try to do it in nice surroundings, depending the shape that you are in, I do think that a great way to start is by just begin walking and build up from there to get it into 'Your System' and create Momentum. So that excesising eventually will become 'second nature' to you.

Work out [cardio - can be anything like dancing and trampoline - personally I found that trampoline help the most ] for around an hour - Cardio helps burn fat
I did this for 6 weeks after I had my daughter and got back into my size 10 from a size 16 [ I put alot of weight on ]
