Can you give a program that can increase my agility and stamina?

How can I get a 5 Minute mile, any running programs recommended?
Depending on you current condition start out at a pace that is comfortable to maintain and then steadily increase your effort until you reach you goal. Don't go so hard that you tire out and stop quickly. When training you should be able to be carry on a conversation while you are running, if you can't you are running to hard. That is why the military sing their little cadence didies when ever they are running, which they do a lot of, and they take some mediocre specimens and bring them all to a respectable level of fitness.
