What is the perfect quick morning breakfast?

I don't have a lot of time in the morning. I go to Whole Foods market a lot but I want something to maximize my energy and stamina as well as keep my stress levels down. But I can't have an all out breakfast. Right now I have a Health Bar and Vitamin Water (from Whole Foods market). But I am not sure if there is something better than this.

What is the perfect quick morning breakfast?
peanut butter granola bar, a small apple, and 6 oz. of milk
Reply:fruit wheat whole grain no shugar alot in vitiman water good luck.
Reply:Try a banana and some milk.
Reply:Fruit!
Reply:MUG OF STEAMING HOT COFFEE AND A SMOKE.
Reply:Take a couple of more minutes and have a bowl of oatmeal.
Reply:I have exactly the same problem. Most of the time I'm too tired or too busy in the morning to have a proper breakfast. I usually have breakfast drinks that are high in protein and fibre from the health food section of the supermarket. You can get them in all different flavours like chocolate, strawberry and vanilla and they really fill you up and get your energy levels going. They just taste like flavoured milk but they usually have some sort of cereal processed into them to give them the fibre. Have a try of those!
