Regular exercise (cardio and weights), 8 hours sleep everyday, eat your fruits and veggies, minimize your alcohol intake and don't smoke. Hope this helps.
Reply:Weight lifting is one of the BEST things you can do to naturally raise testosterone levels. For an older man (say 40+) there are stacked amino acids that help keep up dropping levels that come with age. But younger guys should only do supplementation IF they have had their testosterone levels measured and have a demonstrably low level. Exceeding the norm of ANY hormone is NOT a good idea...and could be detrimental to your health.
Jeff: I WORK in the industry. Steroid use done without a physician's involvement AND a demonstrated medical need... for most younger men is NOT necessary and potentially dangerous.
Reply:First of all, don't listen to Aaron, do not take estrogen or steroids. If you are concerned that your testosterone levels may be low, go to a urologist and get them checked. My husband is 34 and is on the injections. If your levels are normal, you shouldn't have any need for extra test.
I have had a family member to have terrible effects from the use of steroids. I do kind of know what I am talking about. I witnessed the repercussions first hand.
Reply:I love how people instantly bad mouth steroids when they have probably done 0 research on their own. Anyways their are foods and natural supplements for raising test levels. Go to GNC and they will have all you need. And people, be your own person and do your own research before bashing anything, don't just listen to the media, form your own opnion
