I am trying to increase my stamina, so i run/walk for about 30 minutes.
Would it be better if i was to do that every day or every other day for best results?
Is it better to run every day or every otherday?
i've heard that running is worse on your knees than leg pressing 7 times your own weight. Legs need rest. A day or two inbetween for rest would be doing you more good.
even though i know this, i run 5days/week 2miles/day, because i have OCD, and i feel i must do it.
Reply:If you are just at 30 minutes a day it is better to do it 5-6 days a week.
Reply:It all depends if your an experienced runner or beginner. If you just started running i would suggest everyday but at a moderate pace, don't go to fast. When I started, I was running everyday and it was hard on my legs I suffered severe hip and knee injuries because of that...so my recommendation is to go slow if your going to do it everyday..or go faster but do it every other day.
