One week of extreme school and stress and studies. What would you do to prepare?

So I'll be having a huge, crazy, stressful week in which my entire degree rests upon.

What would you do:

1. In preparation

2. During the week

To maintain maximum health, alertness, stamina and greatest chances of succeeding?

Any and all suggestions you have would be wonderful. Academic, spiritual, nutritional, etc., etc., etc.

Help!

One week of extreme school and stress and studies. What would you do to prepare?
The first thing you need to do is try and finish all the tasks before that will make your life easier for the stressful week. If you can manage to finish a portion of your work before hand, you'll find it goes a really long way DURING your stress time.

Water. Keep a bottle with you at all times. Stress is the makings for dehydration and drinking water beats it.

Make yourself a time table. Shorter goals are the best thing to help you in the long term.

DO NOT PROCRASTINATE. If it can be done now, then it CAN BE DONE NOW. I've suffered greatly because I tend to get tired and think, "I'll do this later." Nope, DO IT AT THAT MOMENT ITSELF!

Get at least four to six hours of sleep every night. And in the morning, a nice shower and breakfast will help keep energy up. Have a go at the fruits. They're damned good for nutrition.

GO EASY ON THE CAFFINE! It is not as helpful as you think. If you feel sleepy, take a half an hour nap between goals. (Here's where the time table helps.)
Reply:Sleep is KEY. Sometimes, you're reluctant to go to bed because you think, "Studying for one extra hour tonight will be more beneficial than sleeping for 4 vs. 3 hours!" However, you should treat sleeping as a vital part of your studying regimen -- because it IS. Don't guilt yourself into pulling several all-nighters in a row, because you'll feel worse physically AND your performance on exams will actually worsen.
