I'm a 16 year old male. I'm in descent shape with great stamina, but I want to do something with my belly area. I wan't for it to have some for, nice and all. What things can I do at the base of my home. I do not wan't to use weights for this since I do not want to strain anything. Anyways, what should I do?
How to give my belly some shape?
Crunches on one of those big exercise balls (looks like a big beach ball). Much harder workout on the ball than not, and as it's full of air... no weights!
