Run everyday. and then try dribnbbling the ball for a while too. but mostly running!! cuz ur gonna have to do alooot of htat!
What is the best way for me to build stamina and get in shape for soccer quickly?
Running will definitely build stamina, but also try some tennis, racquet ball or basketball because they mimic the same quick stop/start motions as in soccer.
Reply:Run a lot, do weight training if u can.
