I agree with praveen. Thats the apt answer. Strive your muscles harder and harder. U wil definitely gain more stamina.
There are 2 types of muscle toning, one of which helps to make bulkier muscles which will not support stamina. The other one will not make bulkier muscles inturn makes them still tightier and it will help gain stamina....
