How to build up stamina and to keep it up?

Im a 6'1 woman that loves to play basketball im very good at it i even give the boys a hard time but i seem to get tired very easy, do yall have any tips on how to build up stamina and to keep it up?

How to build up stamina and to keep it up?
run a bunch and give it you all you got. the boys give me a hard time to but when i get out on the court with them and beat them all the hard work paid off. keep it up girl!
Reply:Dont smoke, run ...remember u r 61 . U will never have the stamina of a 21 yr old.
Reply:one thing you can try is just running, maybe a mile or mile and a half every day or other day

Reply:if you really want to increase your stamina, you need to do plyometrics, plus go to a basketball court everyday if you already don't, and run as hard and fast as you can from one side of the court to the other then stop, then run again from one side to the other. this is anarobic exercise, very different from just running continuously. in regular running you run at a constant speed, which doesn't improve upon your game, but running hard as possible in sprints causes you to work the way you need to for the game of basketball, this isn't track it's basketball, therefore don't listen to people who just say run a few miles a day. do those back and forth sprints about 100 times a day and before you know it, you will see a big difference.

1. Run/jog 2-3 miles a day.

2. deep breathe in breathe out exercise after running for 5-10 min.

3.dont drink water before and after coming from jog.
