Can someone list some effective workouts for these parts of my body?

My arms, chest, and shoulders. I really want to build those three specific parts of my body. I really don't care about anything else. I don't mind my little flab of fat on my stomach, or if I don't enough stamina to run 5 miles.

Can someone list some effective workouts for these parts of my body?
The best things are:

BAR DIPS (Shoulders, triceps, upper chest)

PUSHUPS (Front shoulders, triceps, chest)

CURLS (biceps)

PULLUPS (lats, upper chest, back)

MILITARY PRESSES [pushing straight up in the air with a barbell or dumbells] (Upper shoulders)

ROWOVERS [ lean over where your back is almost level, and lift a barbell, or two dumbells] - (rear shoulder)

If I had to do just one of these, it would be the bar dips.

If just two, the bardips and the pushups.

I made myself a "workout machine" for under $20 using 2 1/4 inch PVC pipe (at the hardware store, used for plumbing), a bunch of PVC elbow's, and some PVC glue.

I made it into a big rectangle, about 3 feet high, and 4 feet long.

I can do several exercises on this thing; bardips, bardips while doing deep knee bends, rowoevers, which I do by laying on the floor, and pulling myself up, and a couple others (use your imagination)

I have this, and a couple sets of dumbells. That's it!

You don't have to spend a lot of money to get buff!
Reply:Push ups work your arms, chest, and abs at the same time.

plz answer this everyone..thanks! http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;...
Reply:Yes, Pus hups are great! I agree, I love my evening shows so I rotate on the comercials. The average on hour show has roughly 8 commercial breaks that are about 2 minutes long. Perfect time for a little circuit training. On the first break do as many push ups as you can until the show comes back on (chest, back) next break do as many tricep dips as you can, next break do as many deltoid lifts as you can holdling a 2 liter bottle in each hand; or any heavy object lastly would be bicp curls, and just keep cycling them until your show is done.

Good Luck!
Reply:crunches dude! ok so I was annoyed with body fat so I ended up doind that and I have such a strong tummy!!! as for arms you can do push ups or bench lifts and um shoulders?? i don't know what to do for that cuz I'm trying to get that done myself, and you've got it easier since your a guy
