im going to join a soccer team and i want to increase my stamina and endurance so i can be really good at playing the game how can i do this? Also how can i get phyisically fit and increase my running speed to be good on the field?
How can i increase my endurance for soccer?
run. run. run. a lot and for a long distance. also work out, like lifting. and just have a soccer ball to mess around with. sometimes when you go for runs, run with the ball. that will help A LOT. look up moves on the internet and practice doing them. also practice juggling, it helps a lot more then you would think. so basically RUN!!!
Reply:find a nice little hill and run up and down it. that will make it easier to run longer when your running on plain ground.
Reply:swim bike and run walk with a weight in a book bag twenty extra minutes a day

Reply:Do roadwork everyday(run for 5 km-10km per day).
Reply:Go for a jog every morning, if you have trouble motivating yourself listen to some music while you are at it. Make sure it is good workout music.
To develop speed start doing shuttle runs. Spread 4 jumpers or cones about 15m apart. run to the first then back to your start point then run to the second then the third etc.
It is also a good idea to go to the gym and work on developing your leg muscles.
