What are some training tips for exceptional basketball explosiveness?
I have found that a few weeks of playing tennis consistently 3 or 4 times a week, makes running up and down a basketball court seem like a breeze. Running wind sprints with small weights in each hand 3 or 5 pounds each also helps endurance and stamina. Try running 4 x 200 meter sprints with no more than 1 minute recovery time in between each. You should still be breathing hard when you start the next one,

But it says you can get 16-20 inches on your vertical in 16 weeks!!!
