As a Liberty Tax waver I dance for attention; for a living. While I do have the stamina, I could easily burn the calories I take in 2 hours before work. I have a naturally toned body and a male so I need more calories 'cause within a few short hours I'm tired but have to keep going. How many calories should I take in each day?
What foods to eat before dancing -4 hours straight- that would give me energy?
eat protein and fat, like meat + nuts or eggs + olives
