What is the best time of day to eat certain fruits and vegetables, to get the most out of them?

Basically whats better for fighting properties V's healing propeties, sustain /stamina V's repair etc.

What is the best time of day to eat certain fruits and vegetables, to get the most out of them?
they are excellent in the morining and mid afternoon.. they are good to load up on if u are participatiing in alot of endurance activities and sports... to fill up your gylcogen supply..



they are also good after a workout, to replenish the lost glucose, glycogen supply in the muscle.... protein is even more important after u workout....



the fruits that are best for antioxidant reasons are, berries, grapefruits, etc
