What is a good way to increase stamina along with endurance?

start with a small very attainable goal, I have no idea what kind of shape you are in so, let's say walk to your mailbox, the next day add 50 yards, or even less, whatever you can attain easily, and increase ever so slightly every day, not too much. if you do too much at once, then you can't build on it the next day. by doing this EVERY DAY, you will be amazed how far you can go in 8 weeks, 12 weeks, 6 months, a year.

you can do this with anything, not just walking or running. the way to success Is Constant And Neverending Improvement.

What is a good way to increase stamina along with endurance?
when u lift weight lift lighter and often, instead of heavy n not quite so often.
