How do i gain a hard kick and more stamina??

okay i play soccer and im good at it but i want to get better at my kick. I want to kick way harder for my next season but how do achieve that? does anyone know another way that works. And how to get more stamina so i can last longer in running.?? Your help would be appreciated.

Only 3 ways to get more stamina...

1) run

practice kicking a soccer ball for a harder kick, do some leg presses and crunches.
Reply:if you want to kick harder, pull your leg back farther when you kick. its kind of weird at first, but keep working on it. and being flexible will help you.

as far as stamina goes, i cant help you there. i basically had a permanant sub in high school :) all you can really do is run. but whenever you run, try to run on some grass or something cause my coach gave me shin splints one summer. he made us run on the road every day for like two weeks.
