At the age of 40 and above is it possible to re-build a muscles and stamina. what are the ways ?
Strength training, i.e., hit the weights. Stamina requires cardio training, meaning run, ride a bike, etc. I'm 47 and lift 3 days a week and ride a stationary bike 3 days a week. The results are noticeable.
Reply:The same way a 20 year old would. I am 40 and do everything the same.

Reply:Wanna build muscle endurance then go for Dropsets or super sets. If u no wht I mean. Do cardio after workouts so that u won't burnout ur precious muscle. Take a protein shake 45 mins after ur workout. Eat healthy, avoid junk and sleep at least 7hrs a day.
