I am 5'8" 135 lbs, and I haven't been taking care of my body lately. I would really like to clean out my system to help with my skin, digestive tract, and stamina, but I fear losing weight if I cut out such things as carbonated beverages that provide a good portion of my caloric intake. Are there any detox diets that can be followed without weight loss and healthy food substitutes that will sustain weight?

you take the fruit diet for 2 weeks and then strat eating wheat bread , brown rice and tuna ...cucumbers ..and jilt the soda . More water ...and eat 3 meals in a day
