I'm a 14 yr old girl n i have fat thighs. i have no stamina and am lazy. i begged my mom to get me a treadmill n she bought me it a year ago but i never use it! what should i do? i wanna make use of it and get slim i cant wear jeans anymore
How can I get myself to get on the treadmill?
i know how you feel. i just started going to the gym and my legs are so sore but what keep me motivated is imagning how hot i'm going to look this summer in my short shorts and mini skirts.
Reply:Start with combat conditioning, you can do it in the comfort of your own home. Use body weights first....
Reply:Just do it. Force yourself to do it. Get used to doing it. Find something to do while you're on the treadmill. (For instance, back when I actually worked out regularly, I usually watched CNN headline news while on the treadmill, and it pissed me off whenever I was denied that. This was before Glenn Beck and Nancy Grace, however.)
There is no magical pill for willpower. I suppose you could develop a hatred for how you look, and become obsessed with losing weight. But that's probably not the best idea in the long run. Maybe some goal which losing that weight would be necessary to achieve, even if you'll never do it. I used to think about nothing but hurting my enemies when I exercised, and I only exercised to improve my capacity for violence. Something like that could work for you.
Reply:Well everytime you don't feel like going on it say to yourself Im going to have fat thighs for the rest of my life unless I do something about it. Stamina will come in time just take it easy at first start off by walking at a normal pace for 30 - 45 min everyday. You dont realy need a lot of stamina to do that. Also put the threadmill infront of the tv and watch a dvd or something whilst walking.
You have to push yourself. I hate getting up early but still I get my self up at 5:30am to go for a jog before work. It all depends on how much you want to get healthy, lose weight or whatever reason you have to do excersize
Or else stay lazy, have fat thighs and don't wear jeans. It can't be bothering you that much if you don't make an effort to overcome laziness.

Reply:Here's what I suggest you to do, from a dude's point of view.
1/ Get a mirror, look at yourself in there, and compare to other girls
2/ Just think that if you stay like the way you're right now, you'll not ever get a boyfriend, let's hope not for husband.
Conclusion: Turn on some kick *** stimulate music and just walk first at least. Increase the distance and speed each day. Good luck, when you're success, come back and say thank you.
Reply:Get up and do it any way -wether you feel like it or not- it is not for hanging your clothes on!! LOOL!!! You can do it and look great- go girl!!! Can you listen to the radio or cd or watch tv while on the treadmill?? that might help= and quit the fried foods-D
