Endurance is built by steadily increasing the intensity or amount of exercise you do. So for running, start by running for as long as you can. Next time, try to go a little longer, and keep going a little longer every time.
It also helps to be well-hydrated and well-nourished (you need complex carbs!). Potassium is good too- it helps prevent muscle cramping, and is found in bananas, leafy green veggies, sweet potatoes, peaches, etc. Just don't go overboard on these foods, because too much potassium is not good.
How can I increase my stamina and durability in every physical activity especially running.?
I do a lot of running and the only way I got better was by running twice (morning and afternoon) and timing myself to see how well I could do. Until I reached my goal I began running in the afternoon.
Reply:Start taking some really good Therapeutic Vitamins.
