How do I build endurance for lacrosse?

how do I build endurance as well as speed for lacrosse next year. I can do everything else needed in lacrosse I'm just not very fast and I would also like more stamina.

How do I build endurance for lacrosse?
Jump Rope and running long distances like a mile.
Reply:get out this summer and run sprints like you would sprint down the field for a fast break. Also run a mile or 2 for endurance, because you can be out on the field alot and have to be moving all the time. I would also run suicides if you know what those are. (make sure to practice with your left and get out and throw!!) Best of luck. Hopefully your a middie but all positions should be able to run hard for a long set of time.
Reply:Just practice, do summer leagues and run cross country or track. Also do other sports.
