How many kms should a 14 year old female run, and how many times a week?
Perhaps you could try running 6 or 7k one of your days and then keeping 5k on the other 2 days and then when you increase your longer day, to 7 or 8k, you can increase your 5k day to 6k. Try running 4 days a week too and then just gradually increase from there and listen to your body.
