How to train running at home ?
at home if you cant go outside and run or do anything, do workouts in home

do ab workouts *stomach*

do weightlifting

do pushups, jump squats, plyometrics, just do whatever excersize you can. stretch good and be hydrated drink lots of water. and most of all JUMP ROPE thats the perfect home workout. good luck=]
Reply:To get better at running you will actually need to run, but there are ways you can improve your cardiovascular capacity. Here are a few things you can try (there's lots more out there)

1 - High knees are good...along with any sprint drills you know how to perform correctly... correctly.

2 - Jumping jacks are ok. Mix them up by not just having your feet go out and in. Try having them go forward and back (alternating, of course)

3 - Plyometrics with a box. If you have a plyo box or a step thats just below knee height, you can do this. Jump with both feet, with one foot, "run" up the box, etc.

4 - Jumps. Do tuck jumps, lunge jumps, pike jumps, squat jumps, etc.

5 - Burpees. Go down in a pushup position, then bring both your knees in and jump in the air. As soon as you land, put both hands on the floor and kick your legs out back into a pushup position. repeat.

6 - Mountain Climbers - In a pushup position, mimick high knees by alternately bringing each knee into your chest.

7 - Ladders - use tape or sticks. Set them horizontally about 50cm (or a 1.5ft) apart. Do agility drills.

8 - Stairs - If your house has them, use them. Go up and down and repeat.

9 - Jump rope - both feet, on one foot, left to right, forward and backward, etc.

Try doing all these exercises at a high intensity with little to no rest. There's a bunch more you can do, look up more info or just be creative.
Reply:buy a treadmill they really hep, then set it at about a speed of seven miles per hour. Otherwise it won't help at all
