I seem to be tired a lot and never have the energy I'd like? What are some healthy ways to change this?
Healthy eating, drink plenty of water and walk for at least 30 mins a day
Reply:You could be deficient in B12 vitamins and Iron. Try increasing your intake of B12 and iron for a month and record how you feel. If at the end of the month you do not notice any difference, see a doctor. You may have more important issues that only blood tests can ascertain. Stay away from salt and sugar as these will deplete your energy levels as well.
Reply:Try taking a multi-vitamin each day and see if that helps.
Reply:If you're not getting enough exercise, that's a great place to start. Getting enough sleep is important, but just as essential is a regular sleep schedule. The other posts also offer some great advice.
If after trying all of these things you still feel tired most of the time, consider seeking medical or psychological help. Many physical and mental illnesses are associated with perpetual fatigue.
