Is it true there will be side effect after quiting smoking?

I m a smoker for thirty over years, but i have sucessfully quited sinces 9-8-2007. Strangely, recently i discovered i have running nose almost onces a week and put on 3kg and ouncer under the tongue amost onces a month. Ofcourse my stamina did improved after quiting, i can jog 5.5km now compared 3.2km as before.

Is it true there will be side effect after quiting smoking?
Sure but they'll pass. Your body is adjusting, that's all.

You'll gain a little but your body will adjust... the extra energy you have to run will counteract it anyway. Your runny nose will go away too, it's your body expelling all that poison you put into your system (and I did too until 13 years ago).

Congrats on quitting, it's one of the hardest things to do!
Reply:There are always side effects, but are you truly healthier??? That is the question.
