Is there much difference between cycling and jogging, with regards to working out the body?

I was thinking of giving my body a good workout while training my stamina a bit.Which one is more effective?

Is there much difference between cycling and jogging, with regards to working out the body?
running, however cycling can have less impact on the joints.



I went from running everyday to riding everyday and i defiantly found running more effective and now i take an easier ride into work then go for a run ever morning.
