Want to last longer in the sack any recommendations?

I am having a tougher time lasting very long, sad but true. I was wondering if someone had some recommendations on how I can increase stamina in the sack. I am not interested in Viagra or like drugs but something that will be a supplement that I can take over a period of time. If you have other suggestions I am open to them of course.

My best recommendations are these: get plenty of sleep, exercise at least moderately every day, consume as much water and as many other low-caffeine beverages as you can (go really easy on the alcohol, too), and reduce as much as possible the stress or confusion in your life (e.g., worries about money or whether you are making right decisions can affect your stamina).



Overloading on any particular supplement is not going to help, and you should ignore claims on supplements about improved sexual stamina and the like. None of that has been proven. The brain is the greatest sex organ we have, so you need to attend to what is going on between your ears before you can improve how things are going between your legs.



Moreover, there are techniques (often involving masturbation, or what looks like it) you can practice for improving the hardness of your erection and for helping you enjoy delaying orgasm, but for these techniques you need to do a web search using certain keywords. Good luck!
